i think its a bit naive to say the the browns formed in 1998...
most supported packers, cowboys, raiders, steelers, skins (falling rapidly)
least supported- cardinals and dolphins.
I think the 49ers are still pretty well loved...can't forget montana, rice, young, lott, craig and co already...
