I totally disagree that we overvalue continuity. Constant change has been the hallmark of the Snyder tenure as owner. One could argue that bringing in Saunders, along with a slew of free agents, and trading 4 mid-level draft picks for Lloyd and Duckett in 2006 was an example of this team
undervaluing continuity.
Both the homers and the realists are fans. The only difference is that the homers pretty much ignore systemic trends that have led to the Skins being a mediocre organization. The realists want the Skins to win just as badly as the homers, the only difference is that the realists acknowledge the team's shortcomings.
