Unfortunately, I'm not at all familiar with Florida law and the facts are still pretty murky. The typical scenario is that the prosecutor hits them with as many charges as possible to gain leverage for plea deal talks. I would guess they would be hit with various firearms charges (e.g., it is likely they are felons and would be hit with charges of felon in possession of a firearm), attempted murder, various property crimes, and burglary among other possible charges.
