I am sold on this idea as long as it is for only one ceremonial play.

Washington with 10 Defenders on the field.
Snap the ball and QB takes a knee.
Sean Taylor is awarded one final tackle in the NFL.
Moment of silence
Down and distance is reset to 1st and 10.
The game resumes.

Just a thought.
