-Overall... minimize any changes. No need to panic and go on a free agent spending spree, and there's also no need to panic and blow up the roster.

I don't think a free-agent spending spree is even a viable option. We're not going to have the cap room to go after multiple big names. Which isn't a bad thing, it forces us to build through the draft....
