Who says that Cowher doesn't want to come back though?
I think he's just enjoying his time off right now and he can afford to sit back and wait for the perfect opportunity to come along. I'm sure he probably has a few jobs in mind. He still has plenty of quality coaching years left in him. I don't see him taking a long break.
