The bullet is for cannon arm QB. I've seen both, the bomb goes to the underachiever/bust and the gem goes to the overachiever/producer. I've only had gems come up on late round picks and had a bomb next to Darren McFadden after I kept running Clinton during sims.

I'm pretty sure that it means your guy could be a bust.
