I hadn't heard that before, but I just read about it in
an article quoting Marcus Washington:

I searched, but didn't find anything (actually, I found 400 threads, but that's a bit too many to look through).
I assume it's a "dirty south" reference, and not a "Roy Williams" reference. I like it!
