I hate to start a thread about this but I could use some help.

I stopped using IE for security reasons and switched to Firefox. When I tried to watch Dallas vs.Redskins highlights someone posted it took almost 5 minutes to show up. When it does appear it works fine but just takes forever.

I've Googled my ass off trying to find a fix but no luck.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
