Yeah, but he won the super bowl in his second year with the team because he had an all time great defense, an incredible special teams unit, and a ton of luck. They went 5 games without an offensive touchdown and still managed a 12-4 (I think) record even though they were in the same division as the Titans who were a powerhouse at the time. I don't think it was Brian "the offensive guru" Billick's plan to win any games that way they just sort of lucked out and got just enough offense to sneak by some teams; but luck like thay doesn't last long.
I live within walking distance to the raven's purple mess of a stadium and most of my friends root for them but not a single one of them gives Billick more than a tiny bit of credit for anything they accomplished over the past eight or nine years. Like SouperMeister said, his great scheme in Minn. consisted of two great WR, a solid O-line, and a QB who could throw it really far down field.
