Gibbs has two excellent sidekicks, though, in offensive coordinator Al Saunders and defensive coordinator Gregg Williams. Gibbs has never been great as a delegator, so it is important that he does not try to be too hands-on in the postseason and allows his coaches to do their jobs, and if he does that, the Redskins will be a dangerous team in the playoffs.

A little ticked that they don't even acknowledge that he's in the HOF. And the "never been great as a delegator" comment is so off base it's laughable. But I'll save those battles for another day.
Kudos for setting them straight. At least now they have their facts straight. The Gibbs being a bad delegator is way wrong, but it's an opinion, not a fact. You set them straight on the facts, but it's up to them to come up with valid opinions - and they failed.
