As much as I hate to say this, we need to consider trading or cutting some of our marquee players to get draft picks. Daniel Snyder gave away a bunch of draft picks to get players. We need to allow Coach Gibbs to build the team like he did in the past, where he took no-namers and mad them pro bowlers. I like Coach Gibbs, but get a GM in there and let Coach Gibbs focus on coaching. As far as DE goes, I'm sure there's some good college prospect out there or NFL player with a few years on that isn't a superstar, but is pretty good and could become a star in this system. Overall, we need to build a team that we can have consistent runs over several years, not a year here and a year there. Look at New England, Dallas, Indy, Philly, etc. Just my thoughts. There's always next year, guys. Like 2Pac said, gotta keep your head up.

First of all, they are letting Gibbs build this team the way he wants too. Secondly, if we had a GM, I dont think Gibbs would be able to neccessarily build the team the way he wants too. Thirdly, I think Gibbs and staff are trying to build for the long term. Theres nothing wrong with Reed Doughty, he has made some mistakes due to inexpierence, but his improvement far outweighs his need to be replaced. Finally, 2pac's words of wisdom at the end of the Redskins season......priceless
