Williams def. deserves another shot at HC imo, and I'd prefer to keep GW and make him HC.
With that being said, I can't say I'd have a huge problem with Cowher, I'm just sick of rebuilding. We've been through too many "rebuilding" years, and I don't want to have to go through that crap anymore.
Holding onto Saunders is definitly a top priority as well.
