I'm just saying when you see bums like Norv get 2nd and 3rd chances, why shouldn't someone like Williams get a 2nd shot?
He's still one of the top defensive minds in the game, and he's had 4 seasons under Gibbs to learn and see how a Hall of Fame coach goes about their business. He's also had time to reflect upon his stint in Buffalo, and I'm sure he learned some valuable lessons from that.
