Thank you so much Coach Gibbs, as I realized this morning that you were the primary coach of the Redskins for more than half of my life. I love the person you are and the Hall of Fame coach that you are. You are the best leader that I have ever seen, and as a swim coach today I take a lot of the lessons that you personified. I know that you are going to serve as an advisor to the Redskins and are a true Redskin for life. I wish we had a few more years with you as our head coach, but I realize that you are true to your word and that your family needs you too. You are apart of our family forever. I know that you are going to be an advisor to the team and we are lucky for that. I love you and your family and the Redskins for life!!!!!
