Chad is not T.O. I would not mind seeing him come to DC to complement Moss and ARE. Given Campbell more targets and mor ethreats will open up the offense a lot more IMO. As a locker room cancer I would not classify him as so. Anyways if he ends up in the east we may well be in trouble.
