I think the Rooney rule is ridiculous! If a an owner wants to hire a coach that is white he shouldnt have to interview a minority. A good coach is a good coach. Whether he'd be black, white, hispanic, jewish, blue, green, orange...it doesnt matter. Hire who you want without any stipulations is what I say.
