And I'll add, all of this talk of "True Redskins" is a little silly. I think what Gibbs means when he says things like that is that the guy conducts himself as such. I don't think it has much to do with longevity or pure love of the Redskins.

I think we'd all agree Fletcher is a "True Redskin" and he's only been here a year. We could find someone to replace Rock and his "True Redskinness" rather easily I suspect.
