If he truly wants to be patient, then why not wait until after the Superbowl when all coaches are fair game?
And I'm not exactly happy with the potential hiring of Fassel, but at this point, I don't care. He's already basically decided it's not going to be Williams, so we'll be dealing with at least another year of rebuilding.
