In no order
1. Hire Gregg Williams as Head Coach -- he deserves it -- let him decide what to do with Al Saunders and a DC.
2. Hire Gregg Williams as Head Coach and bring in Fassel as OC. (not sure how that would work or if its possble)
3. Go after and get the big gun - Cowher. Let him do what he wants.
I think that any other option will hurt this team for a few year till Snyder realizes it doesn't work. Even with Cowher, you still get a similar style of offense and strategy -- not to mention how well respected by coaches and players alike. I belive that is the ONLY way you take this team away for GW.

This is precisely why I am glad that the decisions aren't made by members of this or any other forum. It's great to get your opinion out there, and to discuss possible solutions and all that, but why limit yourself to only three scenarios.
I for one appreciate the fact that all options are on the table. What did GW do to "deserve" the position anyway? Unless it was in his contract, I see no argument for that whatsoever. Hire the best STAFF available period. Maybe the reason GW might not be the head coach is because the powers that be don't agree with the potential coordinators he would bring in. Maybe it has nothing to do with how they think he would perform as a head coach at all.
Bottom line is there are a lot of variables involved here, and I just want them to get it right. If that means no GW, so be it. No matter what happens, more than likely we will have new D and O coordinators. To me, those guys are the two most important positions.
