Really? As the HC, you are ultimately responsible for what happens on the field and if the team doesn't fare well, you are getting fired. With that in mind, would you really want to go to a team where the OC and DC have been hand-picked for you? And what if you have a system that is different than the ones they employ? I would if I were Fassell who simply has no coordinator skills but great leadership skills wishing I could get another chance anywhere that would hire me. I would give the coordinators total autonomy and let me stand in front of the media giving the presser DS wants me to give.
