If Snyder wants Cowher next year then he should of kept Saunders on offense and promoted Gregg Williams to HC. Then the Skins can build on last season and if we fall apart then its Cowher Power time instead of making Campbell learn Zorns system only to can him and learn what ever system Cowher will use with whatever OC he would bring in. If Snyder brings in new coaches to can them a year later Jason Campbell will be finished and it would make Snyder look like a complete and utter retard.
