Well, I mean, it's Detroit. The guy who is accountable has more power than Mooch did, and thus Mooch took the fall.
Detroit is also rare because
everyone in the world knows why that franchise isn't winning. Usually there's questions among the fan base, or a scapegoat or something, but Millen is every bit as bad as people bill him to be.
