Did anyone else see Schefter interview Snyder and Green after the HOF announcement? After talking for a few minutes about the HOF and what it means to the Skins, Schefter asked Snyder flat out, "Are you going to hire Steve Mariucci."
A little tap dance. A sidestep. A bunch of smiles. Then a due diligence comment and we'll know something soon. Darrell Green was asked his opinion. All smiles and no opinion. Snyder says that he always listens to his "Hall of Fame former players."
I really don't buy that Mooch is out of the market. Whether it was Mooch pushing for the job or if Snyder originally had him on his list. But now, I think Mooch is still the frontrunner and Snyder is loving that he is in the spotlight at the SuperBowl.
