Yes, there was no 'secret' to it, but it does seem lost on many front offices around the league as to how vital a menacing front four is to the success of a football team. Or maybe it's incredibly difficult to find 4 guys who can do it the way the Giants did it all year.
I remember some people found it mystifying when the Giants took Mathias Kiwanuka when they already had Strahan and Umenyora. I thought it was brilliant. And to the best of my knowledge, this guy Tuck basically came out of nowhere. To be able to have four fresh DE's who can wreak havoc on the best offensive line in the league can very often be the difference maker.
Look for the buzz words around draft time to be "QB pressure". I'll bet there's a huge rush on defensive ends come April.

Considering there's a good crop of d-lineman coming out I don't think that will be much of a shocker.
Teams always covet pass rushers, it's just not an easy position to stock up on. What the Giants have going is pretty rare. I don't think I've seen a d-line able to apply that kind of pressure on their own in a very long time.
