So far they've talked with Williams, Schwartz, Spags, Meeks, Mariucci, Carroll, and Fassel (am I missing anyone). So by not interviewing Grimm this wasn't a thorough process??

Perhaps I mis-spoke. They thoroughly interviewed 2 re-treads, a college coach who would never leave SC for the Skins, 1 promising D-coordinator who never got another call (Schwartz), an in-house D-coordinator, a 1st year D-coordinator hot out of the SB who went back to being a #2 rather than coming here, and Meeks. I guess when I think about a thorough search, I talk to
all potential viable candidates (especially those with some kind of connection to the organization). And how can he not even be considered but they seriously think about Mariucci?
