It's been freezing up on me a lot lately and today when I turned it out blank screen, no video, no sound. I tried hooking it up to another TV, same results. No ring of death though... and I can't get it to even recognize a controller. When I put in a game and turn it on the fan doesn't even kick on.

I'm so bumming, I'm out of the warranty period too. MS will fix it for $99 plus tax. Anyone know of any ways to fix it yourself??
