Right. With the exception of Cowher and Carroll, I believe the rest of those guys would jump at the chance to be a head coach no matter the situation. I know that most head coaches want to surround themselves by staff that they appoint (and who's to say this hasn't already happened with Fassel,) but I just think it's an easy situation to be in. The staff is already there in place. No need to "round up" other coaches. I guess in the techie sense, it's "plug and play". Let's hope it works out!
