after last years pre season, its amazing we are even having this discussion. but i think collins stays. as the back up. right now, because the skins have so much invested in Jason Campbell, they cant do anything that would disrupt his confidence. having a 36 year old journeyman compete for the starting job with him could do that. and i think Brunell is done/ retired. or i at least hope so
