"With the 21st pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, The Washington Redskins select
Malcolm Kelly, WR Oklahoma".

The Redskins need a receiver with size to compliment Santana Moss and Antwaan Randle El and at 6-4 and 219 lbs, Malcolm Kelly certainly fits that bill. This could just as easily be a guy like Calais Campbell too.
