I think that bears repeating, because it sounds relevant to this discussion.

He's has $18 million in bonuses since 2003. He's made in excess of $27 million over the last five years and $11 million more is guaranteed for the next two. If he plays this deal out, he'll likely either be enjoying the fruits of a new CBA, or signing a deal during an uncapped year. Why the complaints?
