1st of all where is this stated in the rule book? Oh I forgot you are a expert in football knowledge.

2nd, we lost the game in Cleveland because of our inept special teams play and the failure of our offense to move the ball. Blaming it on equipment is a poor arguement for a poorly played game. I guess the system didn't work to well this weekend when the Eagles barely won, but they won.
