He was bad, but that was such a stunning fall from grace that it was hard to blame the Skins. I mean the guy had 15 sacks, made the pro bowl, and was defensive player of the year right before we signed him. Then all of a sudden he sucks. There was no explaining that, and for me, very hard to fault the Skins on that one.
However, everyone in the league knew Jeff George was a piece of dogsh*t, and everyone in the league knew Brandon Lloyd was a locker room problem in SF. And we gave up picks
and major $ for Lloyd.
