dj hackett (4mill per average)
cb dyson (<2mill per average)
TE ben troupe (<3mill per average, maybe cheaper)
C mike flynn (backup C, near vet min)

if collins doesn't re-up, grab gus
if rock leaves, get tyson thompson for kick returns/3rd rb (his roles on the roids)
