I'm VERY in favor of the way we're approaching this off season. I think everyone here knows that signing a bunch of high priced free agents never ever works. Free agency only works when you've already got the pieces in place. You can't build your team buying other teams players. I'm in favor of drafting guys, letting them learn your system and if they deserve to be rewared then re-new their contracts. Just like we did with Cooley. And I'm hoping we'll do the same with our younger guys that are still on their first contracts.
