I hope he would be there, but as the premium on big receivers heightens closer to draft day, we may have to take him in the 2nd.
Look at his bio. He would be Joe Gibbs version of the perfect Redskin. He has all of the things that you can't teach, including speed.
If he does fall to the third, we may have to trade up to get him. Its hard to see an All-American and/or Heisman candidate fall out of the first day( see Troy Smith).
