I am sure to be attacked on here... but I don't see it that way. I could make ALOT of arguements for the number staying in rotation, but how about the fact that at least
THREE of the 70 Greatest wore that number (Byner, Nelms, Allen) All three of them had more productive careers with the Skins than ST... he had potential, but it was not realized.
