We have a had a bunch of good picks and some stinkers. Fortunately, we have hit on most of our 3rd and above. Much of our poor drafting, IMO, is a direct result of having not a whole lot of picks. Hopefully, that is changing.

i too agree with you, imagine the players we would have on our team if we didnt trade away all them picks. Them players are on some other team helping them win, with OUR picks that we traded....
i think we should just try a couple year NOT trading away any of our picks unless its for an ELITE player who is worth it (portis was)
We have traded picks for suspect players. Thats rediculous, I think if we see how the draft does for us for a couple years, if that doesnt work, hell.. go back to signingg FA vets and trading the picks away. But lets give it a try first,eh?
