I agree with you here. No player in this draft screams bust more than Devin Thomas.

Is he doomed? Not necessarily. But an intelligent GM would let him get well, well past the slot where his skills grade out before they take a shot on him.

If I'm a GM, I wouldn't touch him before the third round, when his physical skills would then justify the huge risk I'm taking on him.
