I agree that we have a new offseason strategy, but this would only be one picj up and it would not be overpaying for someone who we think might be good (Lloyd) or is way past their prime (Sanders, Bruce Smith), this would be a trade for a proven player with lots of good years left. I do not think any WR in the draft can hold a candle to 85. So as far as I see it, our strategy would still be in tact and we get a huge boost in our WR corp. Think of it, Moss on one side, 85 on the other, Randle El in the slot, Cooley out of the TE position and Clinton in the backfield.... That is a scary offence and not a lot of teams would be able to stop that cause if you try to shut down one of them we still have the other four. I think this trade makes too much sense for us and if the Bengals finally cave I think we get him for no more then what the Raiders are offering for D.Hall.
