I have no problem calling out people when they make outrageous statements or assertions. I don't get the need for mocking people. Maybe you guys are just bored today.
Well, he could have just said "Hey you know, you're right. I missed that. It's two wins, not one" and the response would have been much different. But instead he started spewing this bs about when Snyder "officially took over" instead of just owning up to his mistake right off the bat. It's like the people who say "We're so awful, we never keep our own players!!!" and then you point out guys like Betts, Sellers, Rock, Cooley, etc and they say "Yeah, well, let's see if they do it again this year and the next."

We've all made mistakes, been proven wrong, and corrected on more than one occassion. And the site is better because of it. But admitting fault seems to be a real problem for a lot of people. If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times the whole point of a message board isn't really to let the world know how much knowledge you have but to get more knowledge out of it than when you first joined. There's nothing wrong with being wrong, it happens to all of us. It's why I started the whole "I Was Wrong When..." thread, so people wouldn't be so afraid to admit when they're wrong.
