Interesting to see that they're building an indoor facility, that is a smart move & one that won't go unoticed by the players. We often don't think of infrastructure & facilities in team expenses but it's a major part of what makes the team attractive & a good place to work. I remember in the 80s Reggie White et al couldn't wait to get out of philiy cause vet stadium & the team's practice facilities were dumps.
