Right now Dallas, Cleveland, and Jacksonville are the leading suitors. I don't know what Dallas is offering. I don't know what Cleveland can offer (Brady Quinn?). Jacksonville is reportedly offering their 1st and 3rd for JT and the Dolphins' 2nd. Miami is countering with JT and a 4th for the Jags' 1st and 4th.
