Might be worth watching the Outside the Lines on the kid before you go around impugning his character all over the place. This is all I know of the kid, but it sure sounds like an unfair prosecution to me ... girls father found out, she came up with a story, the prosecution nailed him with an indictment that carried a 10-year min. sentence so they can say they are tough on crime and, of course, the racial implications are right out of the 1890s. I hope he gets a shot someplace ...
