I'm torn on this -- if it's just a drunken problem -- then fine. However, what's next? People can't stand up because some kid wants to see? When I go to a game, I stand up and cheer for my team on defense. It's how I enjoy the game. I sit down for offense. Also, I love hearing the trash talk at NFL games, and that often includes language that parents get protective about.

If you're going to do this -- make the owners assign a special section of the stadium (can't be club) to child friendly seating. Impose your rules there, but all over the stadium will ruin the live experience more than it already has been. I hate that we're holding a team responsible for fan actions -- hold individual fans responsible.
