firefox is faster, more secure and has better plugins (like adblock... i haven't seen a web ad in years, gmail manager, greasemonkey/platypus (custom scripts per site... like adding a "download as .mp4" link to every youtube video/page), session saver, etc). if you're happy with ie that's cool, and ie7 copied a lot of things from firefox (like tabbed browsing and such) which made it better, but most people who make the switch are pretty happy about it.

I might download it and try it out for a bit and see if I like it, we'll see. The only complaint I have about IE7 is that on some sites that always have popups, well IE7 will block like the first but then the second and the third ones come up on my screen. I like the custom scripts per site idea on Firefox as well, that's another reason I'll check it out.
