NO. Coaching is huge, especially for a young QB. Romo had 3 years to sit and learn from Sean Payton, who I would say is a pretty good QB coach. Give JC this year with Zorn, if he has not improved significantly by the end of the year I'm sure Zorn will "do the right thing" in the off-season.
