I think one advantage Zorn has, despite his inexperience, is his excitement. I mean, consider that you were in Zorn's position and, almost out of nowhere, you are asked to be the head coach for the Washington Redskins. The guy must feel like a kid at Christmas.

You can really sense Zorn's joy at all this. I get the feeling he's like that all the time. In his pressers, he's genuinely funny, in a spontaneous way. He's got a subtle grin and a gentle mocking tone with the reporters. But it's never mean or disrespectful. And when needed he displays his deep knowledge of the details of everything that's going on with the skins. He does NOT seem like a rookie head coach.
