I think the guy really, really wants to be a good Quarterback in this league, but he's pretty much where Campbell is in his devlopment curve, and the expectations are really starting to weigh on him.

It was the Titans who foolishly used the 3rd overall pick in 2006 on Young. They should shoulder the responsibility in this.
