The fans and the media: Every ounce of praise heaped on Zorn shouldn't automatically be followed with a criticism of Gibbs. It's getting old already.

I didn't take Zorn's lashing of Brooks as an indication that he was melting down at all, in fact I think by doing so he
was setting the tone for the team. F up and lose focus and you're going to get an earful. I guess it's a departure from what we saw under Gibbs, but personally I like to see a coach ripping into someone now and then.
What other meltdowns has he had already?
